How to even know how to process what’s happening right now.

There’s been catastrophic flash flooding along the Guadalupe River near Kerrville and Hunt, Texas.
At least 13 people are gone, including children. And more than 20 girls are still missing from Camp Mystic.
The river surged over 22 feet overnight, after just a few hours of heavy rain.

And here’s the part that hit me in the chest:
That river is named Guadalupe—Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Brings to mind Galveston in 1900, when nuns tied themselves to children during a hurricane… and they all drowned.
And now, in 2025, we see this again—13 gone, 20+ missing girls.
Same sorrow. Different century.

None of this feels random.

It feels like a cry from heaven.
It feels like Mary is weeping.
And honestly… it feels like God is calling us back.

Back to Him.
Back to truth.
Back to prayer.

Please, pray for the missing.
Pray for the families.
Pray for Texas.
And if your heart’s been heavy lately… maybe now you know why.
