🚆 RAILEX 2026 | International railway police cooperation in action
On 20 October 2026, the RAILEX exercise officially opened in Spała, Poland, bringing together more than 90 participants for an intensive programme of international cooperation and practical training.
The exercise was opened by the Chief of SOK (Polish Railway Protection Guard) and the RAILPOL Secretary General, welcoming teams from the United Kingdom, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland.
Throughout the exercise, police units trained together in a variety of scenarios in the railway environment, strengthening their operational skills, exchanging experience and improving their ability to respond effectively to incidents on the railway.
RAILEX demonstrates the importance of joint training, mutual trust and close international cooperation in ensuring the security of Europe’s railways.
