A lot of people ask me if I know when a glacier will calve, or if it gives off warning signs? Sometimes yes - if you watch and listen to a glacier patiently you may hear cracking or see smaller debis fall off before a large event. For this video I'm sharing the leadup to a large calving you may have seen on my page previously. Filmed from the bow of a large yacht.
