Something appears to hit the Moon surface, captured during daytime observation.
Such events are usually caused by small space rocks (meteoroids) impacting the Moon.
Because the Moon has no atmosphere, meteoroids do not burn up and can strike the surface directly.
When an impact happens, it may create a brief flash or bright spot, even in daylight.
Sometimes, the effect is also caused by optical illusion, camera shake, or light reflection during high zoom.
NASA regularly records and studies lunar impacts to understand space debris and impact frequency.
There is no evidence that such impacts are artificial or unusual.
What looks shocking is often a normal natural event on the Moon.
