Sending a heartfelt request for prayers 🙏🏻, positive vibes, & your optimism. The unimaginable happened on Thursday...I collapsed, banged up my head, bruised my face, cracked open my skull & was in a seizure. My father found me unconscious in a pile of blood in my apt & immediately called 911. After tests, imaging & further evaluation, I was diagnosed with a BRAIN TUMOR (**I cannot believe I’m actually writing that as I’m still in disbelief**). I was transferred to a more specialized hospital and am scheduled for brain surgery on Monday.

Fear, anxiety, anticipation & faith all fill me right now. There are no exact emotions to explain having to endure this task ahead, including having my hair shaved off and a oscillating saw blade against my skull. I’m glad to see my facial swelling & bruising subsiding slightly. But I write this post to kindly ask of you all for a small prayer &/or positive vibe in my honor to watch over me during surgery & in my healing thereafter.
