Cornell University is being sued by a former student, who alleges she went to a Chi Pi fraternity party in 2024 and was drugged and raped by seven men.

She alleges a man at the frat house sent a message to the frat's Snapchat group chat suggesting a woman was available for sex. She claims she was raped for hours and filed a report with the university police department about three weeks later.

According to the woman’s complaint and her lawyer, none of the men were arrested and that after an investigation, only two of the accused were expelled. She is now suing the school and the fraternity members.
