Summer is here & the CPS Sexual Assault Investigative Unit wants to ensure all Calgarians & visitors are safe while attending summer events & festivities this year.

Before engaging in any sexual activity, consent must be given by both parties. Consent means agreeing to sexual activity, including kissing, touching or intercourse with another person.

Sexual contact with a person is never acceptable without clear, voluntary & specific consent.
